Order Information/Application

By statute, CSI Traditional Industries Sales are limited to Nebraska State Agencies; county and local governments including sheriff and police departments; political subdivisions; public schools and colleges; non-profit organizations; and Private Venture Associates.

As part of our efforts to make purchasing CSI products easier for our customers, we now offer on-line ordering.

To place orders on-line, you need a valid account number and password. If you are not currently a Cornhusker State Industries customer, your business or organization meets the criteria for purchasing from us (as stated above), simply fill out the application below. Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified within 1-3 business days. At that time, you will be assigned a login account number and password. If your business or organization does not meet our state guidelines for use of our services, we will contact you by mail as soon as possible.
